  • How do I book an airport transfer?
    The easiest way to book is via our website or passenger app. Alternatively, please call 0121 320 2220 or email info@chauffeurexchange.co.uk to talk to our team.
  • When should I book?
    One-off trips should be booked 24 hours in advance. Regular travellers can use their Chauffeur Exchange account to book at shorter notice.
  • When is payment due?
    One-off transfers must be paid for in full when booked in advance. Account holders can pay by invoice. All invoices must be settled within 30 days.
  • Do you provide baby / child seats?
    Yes we do and we won’t charge you extra for them. According to law you will have to fit these seats in the vehicle yourself.
  • Do babies / young children count as passengers?
    Yes they do.
  • How will I know where my chauffer is standing at the airport?
    Our Meet & Greet service ensures that you will always be met by an immaculately-presented chauffeur holding a personalised name-board as soon as you step through customs. If you would prefer your chauffeur to use a different method of identification, please let us know. You will also receive a picture of your chauffeur before you fly so that you know who to look out for when you get to arrivals. Your chauffeur will always introduce themselves to you before you leave your terminal.
  • What happens if my flight arrives early?
    Our advanced flight-monitoring technology ensures that if your flight itinerary changes, a notification will be sent to your chauffeur’s mobile phone immediately. When you land, we’ll be there to get you home safely.
  • What happens if my flight arrives late or if there are huge queues at custom or baggage?
    Once your chauffeur has arrived at the airport, you won’t be charged for the first hour that they spend waiting for you. That should allow ample time for any delays in getting through customs or collecting your baggage. If you know before taking-off that your flight will be seriously delayed or cancelled, please contact us in advance.
  • Do Chauffer Exchange's rates include parking and tolls?
    Parking and tolls are not included in our rates and will be added to the final cost of your transfer.
  • How early should I arrive at the airport in advance of my flights departure?
    Generally speaking, you should arrive at the airport 2-3 hours before your flight takes-off. Please check this with your airline though as different airlines have different regulations.
  • Will my driver ever exceed speed limits while driving?
    No! Our chauffeurs are highly trained and will always adhere to the Highway Code.
  • How will my chauffer drive?
    Your chauffeur will always prioritise your comfort and safety while driving. Your chauffeur will always drive safely in accordance with road traffic conditions, the latest legislation and legal speed limits.
  • Is everything discussed in the car confidential?
    Yes. Our Chauffeurs sign non-disclosure agreements with Chauffeur Exchange. What’s said in the car will never, ever leave the car.
  • Do I have to talk to my chauffer?
    If you don’t want to talk to your chauffeur that’s absolutely fine. If you do want to chat, they’ll happily respond to your questions.
  • Will my chauffer use a mobile phone while driving?
    Absolutely not! That would be illegal.
  • Will my chauffer open the car door for me?
    Yes, our chauffeurs will always be polite and will offer you premium levels of service
